A gateway to a more peaceful, joyful experience of life.

Are you stressed out, burnt out, struggling with anxiety or just feeling you’ve lost your mojo?

Maybe you’re a happy bunny already, but you’re searching for how to achieve your maximum potential and contribute more to the world?

A deeper understanding of how life works awaits. This understanding has the potential to truly transform your life.

The truth is, we’re all happy bunnies underneath the weight of our crazy thinking. When we start to understand how we’re creating our experience in life, we very quickly find a wellbeing, resilience, wisdom and creativity that is innate inside all human beings.

My coaching and teaching is built on a foundation of core principles that are universally true in human nature. These were described by Sydney Banks as The Three Principles (more on that over here).

I guide people to this understanding through one to one coaching, group teaching and retreats.

I have more than 20 years experience as a medical doctor, and over a decade’s worth of experience working as a coach.

Come on in and take a look around to find out more. If you’re questions aren’t answered on the site, or you’d like to have a conversation to find out more about how this could help you – Please Contact Me.

To do nothing is also a good remedy

Today, I’ve been reflecting upon the words of a great medical predecessor of mine, Hippocrates. As a doctor, I’ve also long been mindful of his advice to “first, do no harm”. In medical practice, we can often feel pressure to “do something”. And yet we know one of the...
